Steve and his crew did an excellent job on my roof. After the harsh winter months, my roof was in need of significant repair, and they handled everything quickly and professionally from start to finish. They protected the surrounding areas, worked diligently throughout the day, installed new venting, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward.What stood out most was Steve’s communication and attention to detail. He was there at the start of the project to walk through everything with me and stayed in communication throughout the day, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. They used high-quality materials, everything was installed well, and the workmanship throughout the project was excellent. The pricing was fair, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the quality of their work and their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their home.

Had a few troubling spots on our roof. We had several companies out to take a look. Steve was one of the few who didn’t brush off our concerns and answered all our questions. He was even very responsive with our follow up questions. The work was done and completed what was promised.

I wouldn’t recommend another company to anyone else, that is how Fantastic Steve and his team are! After numerous quotes and sales people coming to our home, Steve was the first person that was honest and not trying to oversell us on things we didn’t need, but gave us numerous options for siding and roofing. We couldn’t be happier with his responsiveness and professionalism and our home looks amazing! If I could give 10 stars I would.

My husband and I had the best experience working with Lake Effect Roofing and Siding. We got multiple estimates for a new roof because of the salesman Steve , we decided to go with Lake Effect. He was very knowledgeable, and we sensed that he was very genuine and trying to help us. The crew came out did an excellent job when they left, It was like they were never there. The cleanup was amazing. I would highly recommend them!
